Description
This Pecorino, made exclusively with fine pistachios from Bronte (Catania), is one of the most popular cheeses in the whole family of delicacies. The presence of pistachios makes it particularly suitable as an aperitif or starter.
Composition
Pasteurised sheep's milk, "Pistache Verte di Bronte DOP" (Slow Food Presidium) 4%, Volterra salt, rennet and milk enzymes. Surface treated with preservatives E235, E202
