Rosé Toscane IGT
A Sangiovese wine characterised by its purity and drinkability, thanks to the structure of Sangiovese, which remains present even in rosé wines. The grapes are harvested at the ideal moment of ripeness to maintain the freshest and most fruity aromas, as well as a sustained acidity in the wine. The grapes are picked and sorted with the utmost care, respecting their integrity to avoid oxidation and unwanted fermentation.
Gentle pressing operations are carried out immediately after harvesting, minimising maceration time and helping to keep the freshness of the primary aromas intact.
