Valpolicella Superieur DOC
This wine comes from a special vineyard, cultivated in an old marl quarry at an altitude of 450 metres, which we have converted
to vine cultivation.
Our Valpolicella Superiore, aged exclusively in cement, has a ruby red colour with aromas of fresh red fruits, good persistence and a smooth palate.
The grapes are harvested manually at the end of September, and a rigorous selection process is carried out to ensure that only perfectly ripe grapes are picked.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, and the wine is then aged in large concrete vats for 12 months and remains in the bottle for 6 months.
Vitigni: 47% Corvina, 28% Corvinone, 23% Rondinella, 2% Oseleta
Alcohol: 13,5%
