Spumante Garganega Magnum
A dry sparkling wine produced exclusively from Garganega grapes, harvested slightly earlier to preserve their natural freshness.
A fine, persistent effervescence accompanies the initial light sweetness in a fresh and elegant finish.
Cold maceration on the skins for 10-15 hours at 6-8°C. According to the Charmat method, the first fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 15-17°C for 10-12 days, followed by the second fermentation in an autoclave for approximately 90 days.
