100% Nebbiolo trained in Guyot and from sustainable viticulture
Colour: intense and bright ruby red.
Nose: ample bouquet, with notes of cherry liqueur and small fruits, wild rose and gentian, complemented by hints of star anise and liquorice, rhubarb and chocolate. The finish reveals nuances of undergrowth and tar.
Mouth: fresh and harmonious, marked by aromas of black fruit jam and cooked plum. The elegant and silky tannins are accompanied by clear sensations of liquorice, as well as menthol references and medicinal herbs. The finish lingers with notes of cocoa powder and tar.
