Barolo -“Bricco San Biagio” DOCG

(0 review)
100% Nebbiolo trained in Guyot and sourced from sustainable viticulture
Wine of character, combining depth, elegance and complexity, from a great terroir of La Morra.
Colour: intense ruby dress with garnet reflections, shiny and deep.
Nose: intense and perfectly defined, revealing notes of wild rose, jam, and cherry liqueur, followed by subtle powdery nuances and peach pit, balanced by hints of cedar, liquorice, and bitter chocolate. Notes
balsamic notes emerge, evoking eucalyptus, resin, and menthol.
Generous and harmonious mouthfeel, marked by long silky tannins that unfold gradually without weighing down the palate, evolving into soft and enveloping sensations of jam and syrupy cherry, liquorice, and cocoa powder.
Agreement: its elegance and depth make it an ideal wine to accompany structured first courses, as well as dark chocolate preparations, but especially second courses based on slowly braised red meats, rabbit, and game.
It also pairs perfectly with aged cheeses
maturation.
