Ripasso is an exceptional wine from a unique vineyard, located in a former marl quarry at an altitude of 450 metres. Its flavour is characterised by aromas of ripe red fruit, soft tannins and a lingering finish.
After an initial fermentation in steel vats, this wine undergoes a second fermentation with Amarone skins for a fortnight at the end of February.
It is then matured in old oak barrels for around 24 months, followed by a 6-month rest in bottle, creating a unique wine experience.
