Valpolicella Ripasso
The Ripasso is an exceptional wine from a unique vineyard, located in an old marl quarry at an altitude of 450 metres. Its flavour stands out with aromas of ripe red fruits, soft tannins, and a persistent finish. After an initial fermentation in steel tanks, this wine undergoes a second fermentation with Amarone skins for fifteen days at the end of February. It then matures in old oak barrels for about 24 months, followed by a bottle rest of 6 months, creating a unique wine experience.
Grapes: 47% Corvina, 28% Corvinone, 23% Rondinella, 2% Oseleta
