Prosecco, a brut sparkling wine, emerges from the Euganean hills with a unique expression of grapes of volcanic origin.
Its fine, persistent bubbles offer a delicious initial sweetness balanced by a drier, more elegant finish. Fermentation using the Charmat method in temperature-controlled steel vats for 10-12 days, followed by a second phase in an autoclave for around 60 days, gives this Prosecco a refined effervescence.
Perfect as an aperitif or with light dishes, it goes well with seafood, fresh salads and Mediterranean dishes.
