Vitoni Semolato Cappelli is a vine-shaped organic pasta made from ancient Cappelli wheat from Tuscany. Its rough texture, obtained by stretching the bronze, gives it an authentic quality. 

This pasta is the result of innovation at the beginning of the 20th century, with the invention of a fusilli die that simplified its manufacture. 

In just 12 minutes of cooking, you can savour the tradition and quality of this pasta, dried for 3.5 days at mild temperatures.
