Tagliatelle Semolato Cappelli are made with organic ancient Cappelli wheat from Tuscany, giving them a unique flavour. Their rough surface, obtained by stretching the bronze, captures the sauces perfectly.
They have a rapid cooking time of just 8 minutes and are dried for 3 days at a low temperature to preserve their quality.
