Usage advice
In infusion: a few pistils in a cup of hot water, a drizzle of honey and a zest of lemon. A soothing and digestive drink, with recognised antioxidant properties.
In the kitchen: infuse a few saffron threads in a little warm water or broth for 20 minutes, then add this infusion to your risotto at the end of cooking. A dish with a bright golden colour, delicately fragrant and deeply Italian.
Elevate your desserts: infuse the pistils in a little warm milk before preparing a saffron cream or artisan ice cream
