Organic Fresh Sheep Cheese with moulded vegetable rind. The freshest in the BIO line, resulting from a special treatment, is distinguished from the rest of the family by its mouldy and edible rind. Selected noble moulds inoculated into the milk give the paste a delicate creaminess and promote the development of the characteristic bloomy rind on the surface. The vegetable rennet makes it suitable for those who prefer a vegetarian diet. Versatile in the kitchen, it can be enjoyed both at room temperature and as an ingredient in hot dishes. 15 days of maturation
