Description

Discover Lonza artigianale, a carefully prepared Italian speciality. The meat is carefully selected, then sprinkled with a mixture of salt and pepper and left in brine for 4 days to absorb all the spices. 

The master pork butchers then glaze and tie the Lonza, which matures for 6 months to develop its authentic, delicate flavours.
