Antica Torroneria Piemontese is deeply rooted in its region. Our Tartufino Dolce was born from the desire to enhance one of the finest fruits of our land: the hazelnut. For many years, our master pastry chefs have created multiple variations of Tartufino Dolce: from the original version to those with pistachio, white chocolate, and intense dark chocolate, to intense dark chocolate 70%, Gianduja, caramel, and salted hazelnuts, not to mention last year's novelty, raspberry with pistachios, and many more.
