Our nougat has its origins in the tradition of the Langhe, a rich and unique land to which we, at Antica Torroneria Piemontese, are deeply attached. Honey, sugar, hazelnuts and almonds in abundance make up the recipe for our two slices of nougat: thin and fragrant, they enhance the unique flavour of Piedmont IGP hazelnuts and carefully selected almonds.
