Cacino di pura pecora
A "classic" pecorino, with a fine rind and straight edges. Its paste is soft, its rind fine and straw-yellow in colour. Its creaminess increases with aging, qualities that make it a highly appreciated product, especially among young people.
Ingredients: 50% pasteurised cow's milk and 50% pasteurised sheep's milk, Volterra salt, rennet, lactic ferments. Surface treated with preservatives E235, E202. Non-edible rind.
