This pecorino, made exclusively with fine Bronte pistachios (Catania), is one of the most appreciated cheeses in the entire family of delicacies. The presence of pistachios makes it particularly suitable for an aperitif or as a starter.
Ingredients: Pasteurised sheep's milk, "Pistachio Green from Bronte DOP" (Slow Food Presidium) 4%, salt from Volterra, rennet and lactic ferments. Surface treated with preservatives E235, E202
