Taleggio DOP

Taleggio PDO is a delicious experience for cheese lovers. This large, soft block, belonging to the 'stracchino' family, has a shiny rind that varies between white and ivory in colour. 

Its thin, moist rind with pink and orange tones adds a pleasant visual touch. With a delicate, slightly tangy flavour, this creamy cheese is perfect for a cheese platter, accompanied by juicy fruits such as pears or grapes.
