Organic durum wheat semolina , water.
Contains gluten . May contain traces of egg, soya and mustard.
Instructions for use
This format is particularly well-suited to rich sauces, both vegetable-based such as Genoese pesto (or its Tuscan variant with black cabbage), and meat or sausage ragù.
