This organic pasta is 100% Tuscan, made with the highest quality wheat semolina. Their rough surface, obtained by stamping the bronze, ensures optimum absorption of the sauces. 

With a cooking time of 14 minutes, they are perfect for creating tasty Italian dishes. What's more, our Pater Rigati are dried for 3 days at mild temperatures, preserving their exceptional quality.
