Stracci toscani Timilia is an organic wholemeal pasta made with 100% ancient Timilia wheat from Sicily.
Their rough surface, obtained by stretching the bronze, captures the flavours of your sauces perfectly. With a cooking time of 10 minutes and a slow drying time of 3.5 days at low temperature, these pastas are a perfect fusion of tradition and quality.
