Linguines Collection N°7 Farro Dicocco embodies Italian authenticity. They are made with 100% dicocco spelt, grown in Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria.
Their rough surface, obtained using bronze, guarantees a perfect texture.
Cooked in 10 minutes, they are dried for 4.5 days at mild temperatures, preserving their natural flavour and quality for an authentic experience of fine Italian cuisine.
